SLOW DOWN YOUR AGING PROCESS:

Living in harmony with nature and according to natural principles assures long life, complete physical health and peace of mind.

However, modern life goes against the principles of natural living. We work long hours in offices with artificial light and air conditioning systems, don’t have sufficient time to prepare breakfast. We eat a fast food lunch at our desk and a previously prepared dinner watching the TV.

We switch over from one mundane task to another and are facing lots of impact of advertisements and constant noise from all over, and also are victims of pollution through the air and water. This is how we instead of confronting diseases usually invite them.

There are always frequent questions in everyone of our minds such as if I have to live longer, what should I do? How can I prolong or slow down the aging process? How can I stay young forever? How can I look handsome, smart, beautiful, attractive, and charming and have a good physical outfit? Is this all possible? The answer is yes. What is the foremost thing is you need to have a firm commitment to yourself and start doing all that mentioned in this article.

Ageing is inevitable, no man can stop the clock, but most can slow its tick and enjoy life as they age with grace and vigor. Someone has rightly said “Everyone desires to live long, but no one wants to be old.”

Regular exercise, along with a good diet, good medical care, good genes, and a bit of luck, can make it happen.

Regular exercise is absolutely necessary, however do it in moderation. Never over exert yourself.

Exercise is one way to slow the ageing process, but it works best in combination with other measures.

Eat healthy and balanced diet ie. Eat properly. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and nonfat dairy products. Consume less salt and processed foods. Keep your caloric consumption at its lowest best and to stay as lean as possible.

If you like to drink, maintain a limit by yourself to two drinks a day, keep yourself under control.

Keep your mind active and stimulated. Mental exercise is an important complement to physical exercise.

Build strong social networks. Share all the good information you have in your social network. People are good medicine at any age.

Get regular medical care.


It is advisable to have a balanced life schedule. This is the reason why Cicero stated publicly that “Exercise and temperance will preserve something of our youthful vigor, even into old age.”
